Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to our products being personal use items- we don't accept returns on opened or use used products. Personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. However satisfaction is a priority and we are willing to make it right based on individual circumstances.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.   Gift cards are also nonrefundable 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Its understood that choosing skincare and fragrances online can be a personal experience.  While we stand on the quality of the products created, individual scent preferences and skin experiences may vary.  We encourage customers to read scent descriptions carefully before purchasing, and if you have further questions please reach out.
